Prior to the start of the work day, dispatchers can use the Schedule & Dispatch page to do the following:

  • Review the technicians currently scheduled to work.
  • Review the scheduled service tasks assigned to each technician.
  • Confirm the location of all service task appointments on the map.
  • Review existing appointments to determine if any should be locked. For more information, see How do I lock an appointment?
  • Plug any available technician time windows with service tasks. For more information, see Plug Route.
