Article Summary

To allow Mobileforce to interact with SugarCRM you must clear the option to valdiate the user's IP address while accessing Sugar.

  1. Log in to your SugarCRM instance using admin credentials.
  2. From the Administration page, select System Settings located in the System section.
  3. From the System Settings page, ensure that Validate User IP Address in the Advanced section is cleared.
  4. Click Save when finished.
