How do I select the columns to display in a table?
The Mobileforce CPQ application displays certain columns for each table by default. However, you can the columns you want displayed, as well as hide others.
The default columns in the table can be configured for the whole company. Typically this is performed by your CRM/CPQ administrator when Mobileforce CPQ is installed/implemented. Additionally, the administrator may have added or removed Proposal fields that are specific to your company, and therefore are not displayed in the graphics for this topic.
From the desired page, click the button and click Select Columns from the dropdown list to open the Select Columns pop-up.
Make the desired edits:
- Select the checkbox for the names of the columns you want to display in the table.
- Clear the checkbox for the names of the columns you want to hide in the table.
Click Set Columns when finished. The table is immediately updated with your changes. These changes remain in effect even after you log out of the CRM application.
To revert back to the list of default columns for the table, click the button and click Reset Column Settings from the dropdown list.
