Managing Customer Service Requests
The Customer Service Requests table lists the appointments associated with the Service Task, allowing you to review any requests or updated information from the client in tabular format.
Additionally, you can click the button to open the table in its own window.
The columns displayed in the screenshot are for example purposes only. You can specify the columns to be displayed by clicking the icon and selecting Select Columns. For more information, see Filtering Tables.
Creating and Managing Requests
Click the button to create a new Customer Service Request entry.
Additionally, you can click the button to review an existing entry.
