Technicians in the field can use the Mobileforce FSM mobile app to specify when they use inventory items typically to complete service tasks. This allows your organization to have visibility into the current status of their inventory items, make the necessary changes, and simply track how frequently inventory items are used.
To review and update inventory entries from the field, open the Mobileforce FSM using the mobile app and select Inventory.
To review an existing inventory item select it.
Scroll up and down to review the inventory item. Additionally, you can select one of the related tables (for example, Inventory
Transaction) to view it.
Click the Edit button to modify the Inventory entry. For more information, see Creating and Managing Inventory Items.
Creating an Inventory Item
To create a new inventory item, select .
