Launching CPQ from CRM Deals or Opportunities

Mobileforce CPQ allows you to create a proposal/quote directly from an existing CRM (native) module/object (an Opportunity or a Deal), populating the proposal with customer information. The CRM object is dependent on your source CRM.

Opportunities (in SugarCRM) or Deals (in Hubspot or Zendesk) are where sellers enter details such as:

• The products or services being requested or sold.
• The primary contact person or decision maker for the client.
• The amount of money associated with the opportunity/deal.
• The likelihood of closing the deal.

This is the starting point for generating a quote. Mobileforce CPQ can automatically extract this as well as additional information from your CRM to populate the proposal/quote, saving time to the seller and keeping hte quote consistent with the CRM.

Mobileforce CPQ not only personalizes the automatic population of the proposal/quote, but also furthers customization based on the sales workflow of your organization.

SugarCRM

From SugarCRM you can launch CPQ from an Opportunity.

Click the CPQ button and select Create.

Mobileforce CPQ populates the Customer information with the applicable information from the Opportunity.

Hubspot

From Hubspot you can launch CPQ from a Deal..

Mobileforce CPQ is available in a window from the right pane. Click the New CPQ Proposal button to create a proposal based on the deal

Mobileforce CPQ populates the Customer information with the applicable information from the Deal.

Zendesk

From Zendesk Sell, you can launch CPQ from a Deal.

Mobileforce CPQ is available in a window from the right pane. You can create or modify a proposal from the deal, or do one of the following:

• Click Open in Popup Window to create or modify the proposal in a new browser window.
• Click Open in New Tab to create or modify the proposal in a new tab of your current browser window.

Mobileforce CPQ populates the Customer information with the applicable information from the Deal.
