Technicians in the field can review their assigned Appointments using the Mobileforce FSM mobile app. This allows technicians to review the details of the appointment, including account information, customer location, and the scheduled starting and ending time.
To view your appointments using the Mobileforce app, open the Mobileforce FSM using the mobile app and select Appointments.
Scroll down the list to review your assigned appointments. To review the appointment details, you can select it.
