Once your proposal has been signed by all parties, then you are ready to submit the Mobileforce CPQ data from the quote to the associated CRM. When you send the quote data to the CRM, a Quote object (for the CRM) is added to the Deal or Opportunity. Additional information for the CRM may change based on its business rules.
When you save the quote to your CRM, the proposal remains active in Mobileforce CPQ, allowing you to resubmit the quote in the future.
However, as there is no status change for the proposal in Mobileforce CPQ when the quote is sent, it is easy to accidentally send the quote multiple times to the associated CRM.
To save a quote to your CRM, open the applicable proposal and select the Generated Docs tab.
Click the Save Quote to CRM button (highlighted in yellow in the above graphic). MobileForce updates the associated CRM with the quote data from the proposal.
